Monroe Steaks & Spirits

Monroe Steaks and Spirits combines offerings of traditional and new American cuisine. The idea behind this new independent venture is to provide you both quality and value in a mellow, modern environment.

We know times are tough and that we will have to work very hard to give you a reason to keep coming back. We have sought the middle ground between the downtown fancypants take-out-a-second-mortgage steakhouses and the houses of indigestion which dot the landscape. We use superior, local, house made ingredients and recipes wherever possible. You will see specials coming down the pike designed to keep your interest by pushing the culinary envelope and to pass on savings when we find good deals.

In addition to fine aged beef, we offer chicken, fish, pork, and pasta dishes on the menu and as specials. We also intend to once again make the big wood floor ballroom next to the dining room the place to go in town for dances, banquets, meetings, live music and quinceanera celebrations. So come on down and enjoy some of our vegetarian steak and chicken. What? Cows and chickens are vegetarians. That’s all we’re sayin’.
